Clear Browser Cache

If you're having trouble logging into the HexOS Deck UI or experiencing session issues, clearing your browser cache can often resolve the problem.

How to Clear Cache by Browser

Chrome

  1. Open the browser menu (three dots in the upper right corner)
  2. Go to More toolsClear browsing data
  3. Select Cookies and site data and Cached images and files
  4. Click Clear data

Firefox

  1. Open the menu (three lines in the upper right corner)
  2. Select OptionsPrivacy & Security
  3. Scroll to Cookies and Site Data
  4. Click Clear Data

Safari

  1. Go to Safari menu → Preferences
  2. Click PrivacyManage Website Data
  3. Remove the cached data for the HexOS site

Microsoft Edge

  1. Click Settings (three dots in upper-right) → Settings
  2. Click Privacy, search and services
  3. Click Choose what to clear (next to "Clear browsing data now")
  4. Select Cookies and other site data and Cached images and files
  5. Click Clear now

Still Having Issues?

If clearing your cache doesn't resolve the problem:

  • Try using an incognito/private browsing window
  • Restart your browser completely
  • Check the HexOS Community for additional support
