Once your server is up and running, you'll have access to everything you need to manage your data, run applications, share files across your network, and keep your system running smoothly.
This document will briefly introduce each screen within HexOS.
The Dashboard is the first screen you see after logging into the web interface after installing HexOS.

By default you will see system information, storage, and apps on your dashboard. However this display is configurable in preferences which can be found in the settings tab.
The Storage screen allows users to configure and manage storage resources such as pools and disks.

The Backups screen keeps a copy of your folders on a buddy's server or on another server you own. Buddy Backups is in beta and open to everyone. It works on the hosted Command Deck at deck.hexos.com.

The VMs screen runs other computers inside your server: Windows, a Linux desktop, or a small appliance system such as Home Assistant OS or Plex Media Server. Virtual Machines is in beta and open to everyone. Your server needs at least 4 processor cores, 8 GB of memory, and 32 GB of free space on a pool.
